LIFETIME™ HEALTHVISA CARD holders are Checked from ‘Head to Toe’ for Present Health Status by QUALIFIED, EXPERIENCED AND TRAINED physicians and required Laboratory Tests, Ultrasound, ECG, Echocardiography, Lung Functions  etc.⁽³⁾. After the tests a second checkup is  done and if required specialists’ consultation is provided.

Detailed instructions for treatment of the existing conditions, risk assessment according to International Guidelines, prevention of diseases and complications and healthy diet and lifestyle techniques are proposed in writing and follow up plan is  requested to confirm compliance and monitor the status every 3 months or earlier.

(A)      First Full Medical and Dental Checkup by Physician, Dentist and Case File.

(B)      Tests CBC, ESR, Lipid Profile, Urea, Creatinine, Urine RE, LFT, HBsAg, HCV, HIV, TB,  Ultrasound Abdomen, Vit D, Blood Sugar, HbA1C etc.

(C)       Second Medical Follow up with reports and any additional investigations. Risk assessment for Heart attack, diabetes, stroke, Renal problems, Gastric and other GI problems, Dental and gum problems

(D)       Healthy Lifestyle Advise and guidelines in writing

(E)Need based Referral and connection to Diabetes Education and Services, Hepatitis   B& C     Diagnosis and Treatment, HIV/AIDS and TB Diagnosis and Referral services, renal and GI specialists consultation etc.

(F) Hepatitis B Vaccination

(G) Shingles, HPV and other adult vaccination as per the national guidelines.

(H) Follow up plan for compliance and Reassessment every 3 months
